A small group class gives the instructor the ability to give the most attention possible to each individual student. This will maximize the successful completion of the course work by each person in the class regardless of aptitude and experience. Everyone in our industry claims to offer "small classes" to ensure individual attention. At PCES we do not consider a fifteen to twenty person class "small." Our classes are closed once enrollment reaches six people. Considering the visual nature of Windows and Windows-based applications it is especially necessary for the instructor to be able to observe the activity on each person's monitor to ensure that the teacher's instructions and the course's exercises are being executed properly. Individual assistance becomes possible without slowing the pace of the class unnecessarily with this environment. This uniquely small size is the foundation upon which the rest of our system enables us to give you more material, better exercises and greater depth, resulting in superior computer skills and understanding.How is The Course Material Superior ?
Starting with the truly small group class structure, we can now cover more material in the same one day format. More course content means not only more topics, but also more detail and more depth to these topics. All PCES instructors are computer training professionals. Our staff are not only experts in the software they teach, but also understand the learning process. All are very patient, enthusiastic people with strong communication skills. The same people who teach the classes also provide the telephone support services, so that the same technical know-how you had in class is still available to you after class.

Policies and Other Important Information
Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment is to be made prior to the date of the class. Cancellations must be made THREE FULL WORKING DAYS prior to the start of the class, otherwise you will forfeit the full class fee. Late cancellations and no-shows will be offered a 50% rebate upon rescheduling the same person for the same class on a future date. The rebate is not transferable to another person or class. All returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 fee. PCES reserves the right to reschedule a class based on enrollment.
Prerequisites
Please adhere to the prerequisites for each class you wish to attend. Should you enroll in a class without the required background skills, PCES cannot be responsible for your lack of success.
Class Times
Classes begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at approximately 4:00 to 4:30 p.m. Please plan to arrive by 8:45 a.m. as it is very important that you are present at the beginning of the class. There will be a one hour break at noon time.
Reference Materials
Each student will receive a thorough and well-organized course manual which will become their first level of reference and support as they begin to use the software we have taught them.
Free Refresher Course - No Time Limit
You may repeat any course one time, for any reason, on a space available basis at no additional charge. No-shows and late cancellations do not qualify for repeats.
PCES Certificates of Completion
Each person will receive a Certificate of Completion for each class taken.
CEU - Continuing Education Units
Each PCES one day course qualifies for six CEUs for CPAs.
